1.1 Booking and Deposits • A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 24 hours after the scheduled photoshoot or event. • Interest at a rate of 5% each day is charged for invoices more than 7 days overdue. • Your booking is only confirmed once both the deposit and signed contract have been received. 1.2 Cancellations and Rescheduling • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled shoot will be charged in full. • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to availability. • If the photographer cancels due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule. 1.3 Lateness • Clients arriving more than 30 minutes late without notice may forfeit their session, and the booking will be considered cancelled. • For studio shoots, any lost time due to lateness will be deducted from the agreed session time. 1.4 Deliverables • Edited photos will be delivered within 2–7 working days, depending on the shoot type and duration. For weddings, allow up to 2 weeks for images and 4 weeks for hardcover books. • Expedited delivery options (24-hour turnaround) are available for portrait sessions at an additional charge. • All images are delivered via a private, password-protected online gallery. 1.5 Editing and Image Rights • Clients will receive professionally edited, high-resolution digital files. RAW or unedited images will not be provided. • Additional edits or retouching requests outside the agreed package will incur an additional fee. • Liora Creative Studio retains copyright ownership of all images created. Clients are granted a personal usage licence unless otherwise stated. • Any commercial or promotional use of the images must be agreed upon in writing prior to use. 1.6 Client Responsibilities • Clients are responsible for ensuring that all necessary permissions or permits (for venues, outdoor shoots, etc.) are obtained prior to the shoot. • Liora Creative Studio is not responsible for any restrictions or limitations imposed by third-party locations. 1.7 Liability • While every care is taken, Liora Creative Studio cannot be held liable for loss, damage, or delays resulting from unforeseen circumstances such as equipment failure, weather conditions, or emergencies beyond the business’s control. In such cases, every effort will be made to reschedule or find a suitable alternative solution. 1.8 Usage and Promotion • Liora Creative Studio reserves the right to use selected images for promotional purposes, including portfolio, website, and social media use, unless the client specifically requests otherwise in writing before the shoot. • Clients must pay any outstanding balances before using or posting any photographs. Images posted before the complete payment of services will automatically add 10% interest per day to any outstanding balances, even within the seven-day period of receiving the deliverables.
